WIKI

This is a great idea for various library departments to collaborate and update a resource that is used by the masses.

I haven't used a WIKI for trip planning in the past, but think it would be an excellent way to plan a vacation for a group. In the past I've used Google Docs - allowed multiple users to log-in and update a spreadsheet for planning a mini-conference.

RSS Feeds

A very nice way to keep up with breaking news in the sports world.

I plan to add an RSS feed to the MADAR website - specifically to our 'What's New page' - this will allow students to subscribe and be notified of new geospatial datasets added to our collection.

WHO LIKES TO TRAVEL?

For those of you who like to travel, check out these pictures from Bolivia.

Feast your eyes on the North Yungas Road - known as 'World's Most Dangerous Road.' Set in the Bolivian Andes, the North Yungas drops almost 3,600 metres over 70 km from La Paz to Coroico.

HAIR-PIN TURNS.........

A LITTLE BREAK.....I'M IN THE PACK SOMEWHERE!

WE SURVIVED AND I'VE GOT THE T-SHIRT TO PROVE IT!
